Boomerang Stables – Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all facility bookings made at Boomerang Stables, including arena hire and cross-country schooling.

1.⁠ ⁠Cancellations by the Customer

We understand plans can change so,

          •        ✅ More than 4 hours’ notice: Free reschedule or a full refund minus a £5 admin fee.

          •        ❌ Less than 4 hours’ notice: Free reschedule at our discretion.

          •        ❌ Failure to attend (no-show): No refund.

2.⁠ ⁠Weather & Ground Conditions

          •        If we close due to unsafe ground, extreme weather, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

          •        a full refund, or

          •        a free reschedule.

3.  ⁠Gift Vouchers & Coupons

          •        Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and have no expiry

•      Coupons (reschedule coupons) are only valid for the calendar year they were produced.
